So, I tried to make my own focaccia bread the other day, and this is what I came up with. It looks more like garlic mashed potatoes to me. It's OK to laugh.
Yeah, I have those plates too! Good for you for trying...I think I'd look at the recipe for something like that and say "Naaaah!"
And P.S. on your marathon post, you are an inspiration to me. I want to run a marathon so bad...I am just fighting to find the time and motivation to get myself to do it. Have any tips!?!
I love it! Good for you...I think I've only done bread in a breadmaker.
We had a dinner party in college and served fettuccine and focaccia bread (store bought). Nate thought we always served the strangest things at our house. I'm so happy that you experiment with foods...I thought Nate would be stuck eating mac and cheese his entire life.

We actually did eat it. It tasted OK, but the texture was all wrong for focaccia bread...bread is not my specialty that's for sure!
