Remember the post I did about our awesome nephew, Garrett entering the MTC a couple of weeks ago? Well, last night he was rushed to ER unable to breathe. We now know that he has a cancerous growth that is pressing on his lungs, heart and trachea making it difficult for him to breathe. They are doing tests today, but he is likely headed home to do chemotherapy. So far his prognosis looks pretty good, but cancer is cancer. This is obviously devastating for us and, even more so, his immediate family. I would just ask that if you happen to think about it, please keep Garrett and his family in your thoughts and prayers. We are all praying that this horrible ordeal will have a happy ending!

Carlee, I am sooooo sorry about that I will make sure to pray for him and his family. what a sad story and I hope he gets through it and I know the lord is with him! I hate when bad things happen to good people, but it lets the rest of us (not as righteous, me) people grow:)
